This commentary aims to address the analysis of Article 2004 of the Civil Code initially from a theoretical perspective, but always concluding with what happens in reality, since law is a tool that cannot be analyzed exclusively in abstract, but rather has a practical application in the phenomenological sphere and in commercial relations.
