Adanaí Rivera is an Associate at Steck, Tapia, Collantes Abogados, a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and scholarship holder at the Universidad de Valladolid, Spain.
She has more than five years of experience in legal advice and dispute resolution in public and private infrastructure projects.
She has actively participated in arbitrations related to sectors such as transportation (roads, bridges), sanitation (drainage), energy (hydroelectric plants) and buildings, both in commercial arbitrations and administrative arbitrations, under the rules of the International and National Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, the Center for Analysis and Resolution of Conflicts of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, the AMCHAM Arbitration Center, among others.
Her professional practice includes the analysis, negotiation and execution of complex contracts under state contracting schemes, concessions, Government–to–Government contracts, and standardized contracts such as FIDIC and NEC.
In addition, she participates as speaker in seminars and conferences on arbitration and construction law. She is an honorary member of the Business Law Study Group of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
