Carlos Elías is an associate lawyer at Steck, Tapia, Collantes Abogados and holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a specialization in Drug Development Management from the University of California San Diego, as well as in administrative law and public procurement.
He has more than six years of experience in highly complex infrastructure projects (road projects, earthworks, hydroelectric plants, buildings, among others), national and international arbitrations related to public and private infrastructure projects, judicial proceedings, concessions, public procurement, Government–to–Government contracts, standardized FIDIC and NEC contracts, among others.
Likewise, he has specialized in contract negotiation and corporate law, successfully executing more than 90 contracts throughout Latin America, as well as managing construction sector companies at the corporate level.
