We provide legal advice in projects that use standard international NEC family contracts. We have negotiated, adapted, and legally managed NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. Our approach focuses on respecting the risk allocation under the standard contract, compliance with local legislation, as well as preventing disputes throughout the contractual cycle.
We provide training workshops and monitor the project’s technical team in the timely and thorough use of risk management procedures, Early Warnings, Compensation Events, dispute resolution, handling of contractual evidence and impact substantiation, interaction with the Project Manager and with the Dispute Board, among others.
Our team has experience providing preventive legal advice to contractors and subcontractors in infrastructure projects under standardized NEC3 and NEC4 Framework Contract, ECC, PSA, PSC, ESC, among others, for the execution of river defenses, dikes and ravines, schools, among others.
