We negotiate and adapt contracts to the needs of our clients and projects, in observance of the FIDIC Golden Principles. Our approach focuses on respecting the balanced risk allocation of the standard contract, compliance with local legislation, and prevention of disputes throughout the contractual cycle.
We provide training workshops and monitor the technical team in the timely and thorough use of contractual procedures, which includes risk management and dispute resolution, handling of contractual evidence and impact substantiation, interaction with the Engineer and with the Dispute Board, among others.
Our team has experience providing preventive legal advice during the execution of FIDIC White, FIDIC Yellow, FIDIC Red, FIDIC Pink, FIDIC Silver, and FIDIC Emerald contracts in landmark infrastructure projects such as airports, highways, hydroelectric plants, tunnels, among others.
