Graduated with honors in law from the National University of San Marcos. He has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer, arbitrator, and adjudicator in highly complex infrastructure projects, national and international arbitrations, and DABs related to FIDIC and NEC contracts. Postgraduate studies in International Commercial Arbitration and Investment Arbitration from the American University Washington College of Law; in Arbitration, State Contracts, and Administrative Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru; and in Public-Private Partnerships by the Inter-American Development Bank. He is the author of various publications in books, magazines, and the press on Civil Law, Construction Law, Public Procurement, and Arbitration. He is a member of the Peruvian Society of Construction Law and the most prestigious arbitration associations at the international level.
